Shreya Phalnikar

Shreya has completed Msc in Advanced musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitian University

She has particular interest on musculoskeletal injuries, neck and lower back problems and pre- and post-natal rehabilitation.

Shreya believes in hands-on approach to Physiotherapy and uses a variety of treatments including trigger point release, joint mobilisation, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and other soft-tissue treatments.
