It’s important to know if you are biomechanically in line while cycling. Long distance cyclists have a completely different cycle- seat adjustment when compared with BMX style, high impact cycling. Common injuries, aches and niggles can kick in if the adjustments are not right while you are on your bike. Most frequent complains are knee and lower back pain. These niggles can easily be prevented or improved by using one of our experienced team members to do a Static and Dynamic fit session.
Static and dynamic fit session includes:
- Understand what distance you cycle, style and goals
- Physical assessment, which will include detailed structural, physical range of motion and flexibility tests
- Pre and post fit motion capture video
- Pre and post fit spin scan analysis
- Shoe recommendations
- Cleat adjustment
